1720 Designs is a residential design and drafting company and is not a licensed general contractor.
Builders, contractors, subcontractors, engineers, and consultants are responsible for:

Confirming dimensions
Reviewing applicable building codes
Obtaining permits
Coordinating structural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and site-specific requirements
Safe construction practices
Final engineering, structural design, truss design, energy calculations, surveys, soil reports, and other specialty services may be required depending on project location and local jurisdiction.
Permit & Code Compliance
While plans are prepared to support permitting and construction, building requirements vary by location.
1720 Designs does not guarantee permit approval in all jurisdictions without additional engineering, consultant coordination, or local modifications.

Revisions & Design Changes

Stock Plans & Digital Files
Stock plans purchased through our website are licensed for single-use construction unless otherwise stated in writing.
Plan purchases do not transfer ownership or copyright of the design.
Plans may not be:

Redistributed
Duplicated for multiple builds
Shared publicly
Modified by others for resale purposes
CAD files or editable digital files are not included unless specifically stated in writing.
Intellectual Property

Payments & Deposits
