In-Office Appointment Consultation
Prefer to meet in person? Visit us at our Hanceville design studio, located inside the Southern Heritage Restoration showroom. We'll sit down together to review your ideas, sketches, inspiration photos, or existing plans while discussing your project goals and the design process. It's a great opportunity to collaborate face-to-face and begin bringing your vision to life.
What to Have Ready
You don't need to have every detail figured out before we meet. Our Discovery Call is designed to help guide you through the design process. However, having some of the following information available will help us provide the most accurate recommendations for your project.
- Project Location – Property address or general location, if available.
- Project Type – Custom home, remodel, addition, barndominium, outdoor living space, or other design project.
- Estimated Size – Approximate square footage or number of bedrooms and bathrooms you're considering.
- Budget – A general budget range helps us recommend design options that align with your goals.
- Timeline – When you hope to begin construction or complete your plans.
- Inspiration – Photos, sketches, Pinterest boards, saved house plans, or ideas you would like to incorporate.
- Property Information – Surveys, site plans, HOA requirements, photos of the property, or any existing house plans if available.
- Questions – Write down any questions you'd like us to answer during your appointment.
