Garages, Porches & Unfinished Spaces
Standard garages and covered porches are included
- Oversized garages, large porches, outdoor kitchens, bonus rooms, and unfinished basements:
$0.50 per sq ft
Finished Basement Areas
- Priced at the heated & cooled square footage rate
